A $100 deposit must be received 48 hours prior to your desired charter date. If your charter needs a cancellation or postponing, you may either receive a refunded deposit, or you may choose another charter date. Cancellations and/or postponing of a charter requires 48 hour notice.
All safety and fishing equipment will be supplied for your convenience. Rhode Island Saltwater Fishing License included with charter. Drinking water will be provided on board.
Absolutely NO ALCOHOL will be permitted on board. Any persons who are intoxicated will be refused boarding.
The Captain will advise you as to which port your charter will be departing from prior to your trip. Any and all safety decisions based on weather forecast and/or sea conditions will be advised by the captain either prior to or during your charter.
Charter balance is payable upon charter completion. We accept cash, check, card, or PayPal.

What to bring:

Please wear only Non Marking foot wear such as: white soled shoes, boat shoes, Crocs or tennis shoes.

Sunglasses (polarized is highly recommended), a Hat, Sunscreen, any medications that you may require and a heavy weather jacket. Dress warm even in July/August, as it can suddenly get cold and damp on the water.

Bring your favorite rod and reel if you'd like. (External equipment is subject to inspection)

Bring whatever food and drinks you would like. There will also be light snacks and

water/soft drinks on board.
